Very comfortable, well made and durable

The fit is excellent and the shoe is quality made. They've held up very well under some unforgiving terrain!

The heel slips a bit and wondering if this will cause premature ware on the interior heel area and on expensive wool socks. It is a comfortable boot and has better support than most lace-less boots. I will give them another try before making a permanent assessment.

We are going on a trip next year and the weather will be cold and wet. I was looking for a shoe that was durable, comfortable, and looked good. I am very picky about my footwear and anticipated it would take me a year to find the right shoe. I was wrong! These shoes are amazing, they fit perfectly with great support. I've walked over 5 miles at a time with no discomfort. They look great with both my cords and jeans. I WILL buy them again!

100% waterproof while walking through wet fields or hiding off your horse. Super comfortable without any break-in time. Not too hot.

I use these around the farm and love that I don't have to care if they get wet. With 15 horses, a barn, pastures, watering areas, feed areas, stalls, 4-wheeling, and all the work that goes on around the farm these shoes are comfy and tough. Love them and I buy them over and over again. I usually own two pair- one for yucking around and the other to wear with jeans out and about.

I was hoping to use these for barn chores and they are uncomfortably thin. Maybe a Men’s would be wider than the women’s.

I bought these on several recommendations, and none of the reviews said anything about how narrow they are. The workmanship is awesome, and since they are leather I am going to keep them and hope they stretch out before causing my feet harm. They also make your ankles lean inward, but once I put my custom orthotics in this helped to correct that. I would have returned them, but I no sooner put them on than my dog drooled his water slime all over one shoe. What can you do? LOL

These are great for around the barn and even riding my horse. Half chaps fit these easily

Ich trage seit Jahren eigentlich den Ariat ZIP Terrain , wollte jetzt aber einen Halbschuh .Über die Dichtigkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen - aber top bequem , sehr leicht und wirkt robust . Ideal für lange Touren mit dem Hund in verschiedenen Terrains. Fällt etwas größer aus - ich trage sonst Gr. 39 - hier hat 38,5 gereicht .

Very comfortable from the beginning. I bought size 8, which is a bit too big, but I will use them for riding and I wear a thicker pair of socks so the shoes will be okay. Ariat quality has never disappointed me, so I'll definitely buy their products again.

Hmmm, used to like Ariat BUT with arthritis and lupus the need for space is now more essential and I realise who these womens boots are never wide enough. I'm also a podiatrist so very conscious of it. More and more female clients tell me they're wearing guys boots and I can understand why. The pinching was very obvious where the seam is at the far end of the 'tongue' - not enough width for an average width foot (if you have narrow feet you'll be fine). As soon you then walk and need to 'toe off' with a good flex in the forefoot you are going to be pinching the big toe joint - painful if you already have arthritis - and now I wonder if it isn't years of wearing shoes that are like this that has driven me and so many others towards toe arthritis in the first place? Who knows! If you buy them be very conscious when you try them of how much width there is and and depth in the toe box.... I also thought the way the seams were cut looked cheap and unfinished - not what you'd expect for a £120 pair of boots really. Like everything will suit some of us and not others....
