I have one of these fitted to both of my garden hoses. I bought the first one about seven years ago and it's still in daily use.This was the first Gardena product I bought, and have since swapped my hoses, fittings and sprayers for Gardena ones – as each of the Hozelock ones failed.This particular hose fitting is much more reliable and longer lasting than a standard stop end fitting. Plus, the tap can be used to control the flow of water – which can be really handy if you plug a car cleaning brush into it.My top tip for ensuring that this particular attachment lasts many years is that just before the Winter starts to get really cold, detach any spray fitting, turn off your garden tap and open the valve. Then if the water in your hose freezes, it wont expand and crack it.

Well made and performs it's function perfectly. At last I can change brushes or sprayers without having to trail backwards and forwards to the outside tap or risk a soaking changing them without turning off the tap. Impressed with the quality. Having used a different make for many years I'm now looking to change all the fittings to Gardena.
