I probably used this for ten charges and it has stopped working. Once fully charged, it only charges for about 5 minutes before turning off and reading 0%. It has also started to expand and the case is deformed. I'd suggest a different product.

I bought this power bank for about 1 year and hardly use it. I bought it for traveling in mind and like the portal charging to use it like going to theme parks. A couple of days ago I was planning to take it and use it for Disneyland Theme Park use. I noticed nothing show up on the LED screen when I plugged in my iPhone to charge as a test. I thought the battery is completely out so I plugged it into the wall outlet to charge and came back and check it in an hour , I pressed the side button to check, nothing. There is power to my wall outlet. I tried it with a different usb cord and left it overnight, nothing. This is a cheap power bank. I would not recommend this brand or model!

Very good battery only issue was I have to after plugging in hit button on side to start, it not automatic like most and anazon that I returned my amazon one i loved due to recall NEVER issued refund or replacement for even after I sent back with appropriate paperwork return! Like a yr now it keeps going!

I have been using this for over a year and a half now and it is wonderful. The convenience of Qi charging and portability all in one. The ONLY problem I’ve had with it was after charging my phone wirelessly and charging my iPad with the usb, 1 segment of the display stopped working. It’s a minor issue that really doesn’t impact the functionality, but an issue nonetheless.

Add my voice to echo the many reviews stating this device does not hold up. I baby my gear. Never dropped. Always sits in my laptop bag in a padded pocket. That said despite light usage if I turn it on and put either of my Qi phones on it, within minutes it turns off and stops charging, whether or not it’s plugged in at the time.Works ok via cable for charging, but now it’s just an overpriced and overweight battery.

Fast charging on my device when plugged, if done wireless, it is definitely slower but a very handy feature for when I do not have a cable available right away. My only complaint would be that I cannot charge my watch because the charger does not register the watch as charging and therefore turns off after only a few seconds.

Yesterday (10/26/19) it stopped working completely. Totally dead. It has a 12 month Warranty. So I looked through my orders to see when I bought it and it was 13 months ago. Should last longer than 13 months. Up until then it worked fine charging my phone.

Charge percent is not accurate. stays at the slow charging speed when it shouldn't. Can't get a full charge when charging wirelessly. Probably just means wireless charging is inefficient in general but this ruins the whole point of this device.
