Very happy with this bed!
We got the twin bed to put in our son's small rooom. It came in 4 large boxes and arried was 7 days. Took my husband about 8 hrs to put together with periodic help from me. It's got some weight to it. We needed a third person to complete the assembly. We did reinforce all the wood peds with wood glue. Our original mattress is a bit thick and it will not close completely. We will place a child safety latch at the top so my son will not try to open on his own. I love the wardrobe and color of the unit. I would highly recommend if you're been looking for a nice wall bed unit.

They refunded me in a timely manner and without any hassle. I received it and it was good quality but too large for the space I wanted it in.

Love the piece it's really cool but the instructions left a lot to be desired.
When the instruction say it's a 3 person job, that's true.

It was clearly a used & returned product, yet I paid for new. After helping the shipper get it off the truck, I decided it wasn’t too bad & would rather not have to load it back.I sleep on it every night so it isn’t that bad.It is easily scratched during assembly/installation

Great Murphy bed for the price.
I was concerned about this purchase due to some of the other reviews. The instructions to assemble are primarily pictures but very easy to follow. The bed comes with a separate package called extra parts in case something gets lost. I was very happy with how nice it looks and how well it works.

It was easy to put together , did not need 2 people, but could have used the help A+

Not easy, but worked out great; allow 2 days to build this.
Took me a full weekend; Sat, Sun to build this. I had another adult help me in 3 places, for about 10 minutes total. I never needed a 3rd person. Blast some music, and have fun. There were challenges figuring out things. It turned out great in the end!
