Is this cap washable? Has anyone machine washed it and did it come out ok?

Yes I washed mine in the washing machine on a 30 degree wash and it was fine

Is the circumference at least 60cms/23-24 inches?

Not sure didn't measure it, but it's adjustable anyway..

I've had similar caps before and they're able to stretch to fit a bigger head size. Is this capable of doing so? Also does it have a "wrinkly" look?

It has a sizing thing on back. No it's smooth
