Expensive, not easy to install but comfortable
Expensive product. No other seat fits this toilet so we have no choice but to get it. Needed a plumber to install but once fitted, very comfortable.

Quickly stained, hinges rusted
Don't think this can be genuine IS quality as I have another one several years older that's still pristine. This one quickly became permanently stained underneath, even bleach makes no difference, and the supposedly stainless steel hinges rusted. Doesn't stay in place well either. Won't buy again.

the only seat that fits the IS connect WC. ...
the only seat that fits the IS connect WC. After about 7months of moderate use this expensive soft-close item started making squeaky sounds when closing and the lid would bang loudly when closing. IS is saying they can not help as this is a non-UK product though I find it outrageous that th emanufacturer would not stand behind it and honour the warranty.
