Great product made of quality material I have arthritis in both wrists Right wrist worse than left side Painful to workout at gym Using the tricep strap is a blessing I can do almost any cable machine exercise without a problem now A little mental adjustment is needed But bicep curls tricep work and face pulls now are no problem Still learning how to make other muscle group exercises work with the strap

Good quality, functions as advertised, but not for me. The and grips are hard to hold, and bunch when pulled on with heavy weights. I'm confident other people may like it, but I've went hack to solid bars and ropes.

love these pushdown ropes. They are padded a bit and thick enough I can get a great grip on them. They are light weight and fit my hands and wrists perfectly. They feel sturdy and well made. A pleasure to use, and the pump you get is INSANE

Way more comfortable than using a rope! Multiple lengths due to the different loops and each one providing a comfortable grip. Great quality so I can see this lasting a good while and good value for money. I’m glad I bought this!
