Vitamin K and D together have a synergistic effect, research shows it directs calcium to your bones instead of it being deposited in your arteries and soft tissue. As for the supplement, quality seems to be fine, the amounts of D and K are right in line with the average supplement of this type which is the maximum daily allowance. This one has some calcium as well and black pepper fruit extract which helps with absorption. The value for this is extremely good compared to others offering the same supplements.

Two well known companion vitamins in one capsule for bone and heart health. Compared to another brand that we use for K2+D3 (tablet), the addition of Bioperine and Calcium is a differentiator though at a 2x price difference for the fairly large capsule. Thus, a fair value.

My whole family takes D3 anyway for immune support especially in cold and flu season, plus my daughter takes vitamin K to ward off nosebleeds. This is a great source for getting both together, so that’s one less pill for her to take, plus the bioperine increases bioavailability, and this complex does not bother her stomach nor have any other side effects. Great supplement.

Over the past few years we've all learned the value of taking Vitamin D3 to help fight of many things. There has also been lots of research on the value of taking K2 and how it helps calcium know where it's needed most. However, taking D3 and K2 together might be greater than the sum of their parts. I'm glad that I can take these in one easy to swallow capsule. I had to double check the serving size because everything else I take now is 2 or more pills to get the serving size.I've had not stomach issues or anything taking this and I look forward to the health benefits I get from it!

made in the USA! I have been taking these for over a month now. They seem to be as good as my past brands. Really nice that it has the added K2 for absorption. Not too big capsules. Only one needed to meet the suggested serving. Great supplement!

This blend of vitamins comes in a somewhat large capsule that I had no trouble swallowing. My system tolerated these well and felt no different when taking these with the usual multivitamin and other vitamins that take to round out my nutrition. The added calcium is helpful. The only suggestion that I would make would be to add the IUs to the D3 on the label which many people are accustomed to. I appreciate that these are made in the USA. I would recommend these.

I have been taking D3 for a few years now and started taking the k2d3 after a family friend said how much it helped them after having Covid. I did some research and decided to give it a try because they ensure that calcium is absorbed easily and reaches bone mass, while also preventing arterial calcification. helping to keep your heart and bones healthy. which all us women (and men) need. So far, I feel like it has helped with my immune system boost while having two young kids in school. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and digest. I will be continuing them with my vitamin regimen.

Made in the USA, 3rd party tested and just what the doctor ordered! Can't seem to go wrong with this one. In the winter in our area, we don't have much sunshine and it's too cold to be outside much, so we try and make sure to use a good quality vitamin D supplement. This one seems to have a good combination with the K2, K3 and black pepper fruit extract added to aid in your bodies use and absorbtion of the D3. Great product so far and good value!
