My grater has just arrived, promptly & well packed. It appears well made, I think it will last a long time. It is very easy to put together & use. Also easy to clean. BUT, I must admit that I'm rather disappointed, because, in my opinion there could be improvement in the following area's.1...The blades do a fairly good job but could be even sharper. (The use of a more superior steel & sharpened more would suffice, surgical steel acid etched, maybe??)2...There should be a 3rd drum blade which has holes IN BETWEEN the the large & small drums supplied. As the larger holed one has holes which are too big for some tasks & the smaller drum has holes which are too small. A 3rd drum with middling size holes would be ideal.3...It would be nice to have say a linen draw bag to store the spare drums when not in use. OR perhaps even a complete hard storage case for the whole unit and/or drums, like some other systems.Having said that, I have still given 4*, I was toying with 3* but the unit overall is better than 3*, shame about not having an in between size holed drum or it would have been 5*.

So easy to use and very quick for grating and slicing. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars for me is that when using the slicer it sometimes gets clogged, and that the suction to the surface doesn't work very well.

Grating cheese with this is so much easier than a normal grater, and much easier on the fingers. Has to be dissembled to clean after use, in the dishwasher, but this is straightforward.

Well it's just arrived and thought I'd try grating carrots for the rabbits, bit tougher than cheese so a better test and safe to say it didn't disappoint. They only issue is it's quite addictive so I might end up grating everything in site. Didn't move when locked onto the work top either and was easy to clean, just rinsed off under the tap. I would def recommended getting one. So quick and easy 😊

First off, this thing is a game changer for grating cheese. You will no longer have to spend extra money on the preshredded stuff. You'll save money AND have better melting and tasting cheese. Just don't grate too fast or it will clog!!!Unfortunately, after a few months - this has stopped suctioning to the counter. It will stick initially but when you start to.gratw, it will pull up. So I have to drop it by two stars. Nothing is more frustrating than having to hold it down while trying to grate anything. I see they have a different model with what looks like a dial lock - maybe that's better? I don't want to have to put outore money to buy another (and that's wasteful) but hopefully the manufacturer can figure out a solution.

I absolutely HATE grating with a passion and normally wait until my husbands home to do it. However, this is an absolute game changer! So quick and easy. Love how you can suction it to the surface too to make it even more sturdy. Easy to assemble and disassemble to clean! 1000% recommend. Quick delivery too!

I don't think this would take a lot of abuse but it works brilliantly, just better and simpler than an expensive powered grater/shredder which are dodgy to clean properly. You have to know what veg is better to slice than grate (bell peppers) but apart from that it does most other veg, very pleased, makes a delicious slaw, works with onions, cabbage cucumber carrots etc and terrific if you need to grate large amounts of cheese too.
