I prefer to carry camera with a belt attachment, using a connector that screws into the camera tripod hole. I was looking for more protection for the uncovered camera, and found it in the subject. Camera fits into case with minimal effort, with a fairly tight fit. I use a hand strap, not a neck one. Enough room within case for strap to be placed on top of camera. Padding on inside not as strong as on the $29.95 version,(which I returned because too bulky for me), but adequate for my not daily use. The carbineer attached to belt allows me to move camera out of the way when approaching an obstacle, such as a door frame. Only time with allow for assessment of durability.

Camera fits tightly in the case, takes some practice to get it in but is not a problem and it holds the camera securely. The case is flexible and easy to work with and appears to be protective so far. I would give this case 5 stars if it had a zipper closure. It has a flap closure over the back of the camera that is secured at the bottom by velcro. The closure is very secure but it leaves a small gap at the top on each side. The gap will allow a certain amount of dust into the case, especially when outside in dusty conditions. Also, at the bottom of the case, it has a carabiner clip to attach the case to a pack or your belt. However, since there is the small gap at the top of the case on each side when it is closed, I pull the camera straps through the gap on each side and I can carry it around my neck, hang it over my shoulder or keep it attached to a harness. I like the case and would recommend it and hope the manufacturer adds a zipper closure.

fits almost too snug in that hard to get off if in a hurry to get a picture -- but it does protect the camera -- especially when traveling

This was just what I was looking for - a lightweight cover for my Lumix FZ80. Many reviewers reported that the cover was hard to get on. I thought it was quite easy! It slips on and you just pull around the corners and it is a nice snug fit. There were also comments about the top areas that do expose some opening to the camera. I like those openings as my strap can fit through and that's much more important to me. I will be taking this on trips and I will want the cover on when not in use. It's also easy to get off. I loved the colored ones but decided to go with black as it won't show dirt over time. I checked out camera bags but they were just too big and heavy for what I needed - this is perfect!

Couldn't find a bag for Panasonic DC-FZ80 that wasn't bulky, so had to opt for this. Really wish it had a zipper. Dust can easily get in.

I wanted some protection so I could use it as a stand along cover and to place it in a small bag. Fits perfect and appears well made. I can also take it off and place it in my coat pocket.

I bought this for my Panasonic DC FZ-80. Nicely made, sturdy attractive camera cover, fits well. BUT if you want to use a lens hood which is essential the cover does not fit. Am going to see if it fits with a reversible lens hood.

Solide mais un peu fin

wanted a lightweight protection for my camera while travelling so as to avoid taking camera bag with me.This has worked out well, water resistant and strong.

Pratique et de bonne qualité mais un peu "juste" à la patte de fermeture.

Para mis salidas a practicar senderismo llevaba mi cámara Lumix en un estuche de vantege de pico pero lo consideraba demasiado aparatoso. Vi por casualidad éste estuche en Amazon y me pareció que sería buena opción de llevar la cámara protegiga y que no abultase demasiado. Acerté de pleno es fabuloso y a un buen precio.
