High Frequency Facial Wand-with 6 Different Tubes, Portable Handheld High Frequency Facial Machine for Skin Care

First let me say that I am an experienced licensed esthetician. I was skeptical about buying this because of some of the negative reviews and the whole blue color thing (how does orange plus purple equal blue?), but decided to try it anyway because of the price and I wanted to see the effects of the blue compared to orange and purple. Anything, it just arrived and I opened it, plugged it in, connected the mushroom wand, and turned it on. It literally sounds like a car or motorbike puttering, like there's a short or something. I tried every glass wand and the same thing had with all of them...you don't get a constantly stream of high frequency unless it's turned all the way up, whether it's touching skin or not. I actually wasn't really sure about the device being defective became it's cheap and that's a chance you take. What's displayed and frustrating is that I tried to contact the seller only to be told that I have to resolve the issue with Amazon customer service. Any other time that would be fine, except I had just chatting with customers service about a half hour earlier about an item missing from another order, for which they refunded. Now what's it going to look like if I contact them less than an hour later about another order, whether it's legitimate or not? Anyways, just know that if you do buy from this seller and need to contact them for some reason, you won't be able to.

Arrived in quality packaging. Easy to use and works as described.

I purchased the device two months ago and used for few minutes maybe 5 times. It powers on but doesn’t send electrical signal like it did at first. The return window with Amazon has expired and it feels like a waste of money. Hope someone will have better luck.

It broke after a month of using it

I thought this was a great product at an affordable price, but it stopped working after 2 uses. It powers on, but the wands don’t do anything at all. Pretty bummed.
