PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE ORDER OF THE STEPS FOR ASSEMBLY.if you follow the steps exactly, in detail, you will be very happy.I have some wrinkles in the corners (which are not noticeable to anyone but me.)if i followed the steps more closely, it would not have happened.

terrible instructions , missing parts , terrible quality and super hard to assemblenever have i come across such a terrible item

My screen came with a bad crease down the upper middle (when they rolled it up, it must have folded in that spot). It sucked because I thought it would go away after putting all the springs on, but it didn't. I'm sending it back for a new one so we'll see what happens. If the replacement has any creases, I'll try a different brand.Updated - 12/26/2023The new screen came and there was no crease (thankfully). Everything looks great now after putting everything together.

Got the package, opened it and started assembling but the instructions are awfull and very misleading to begin with, took a lot of time trying to understand the stupid quality pictures and language in the instructions.After spending 2 hours with the assembly some of the structural components doesn't fit correctly and few screws were missing and not of right length.Trying to reach support and they are AWOL now I am painstakingly deassbling the parts to return this item back to amazon.could have been a good budget screen if everything went well with the support and parts and I really wish the installation instructions are much clearer.Do yourself a favor and not buy this crap.

The media could not be loaded.  The product was delivered in amazing condition. Setting up was easy and I just love it. Super clear.

Ordered this fixed screen which arrived in a destroyed box (see photos), and the delivery driver said he would come back get it if I wanted to reject it based on the poor condition. (I realize this is potentially a shipping issue rather than a product issue, but this review and low score is in direct response to the nonexistent support from AWOL for their product line.)Due to the fact I needed a screen quickly, I opted to verify if anything was missing. Turns out it was only missing two vertical trim pieces, so I decided to keep it and try reaching out to AWOL directly to obtain these pieces. I called their support line found on their website, and the person who answered seemed surprised I would be calling that number for such an issue. He quickly dismissed me by saying if I would email [email protected] and describe the issue, they would get back to me for resolution.So I did just that, and it’s been nearly three weeks without any response from the company. I mean, it’s a couple of pieces of black trim that snap to the outside of the support frame….how hard would it be to provide to a customer OR at the very least reach out to resolve the issue somehow. Nope….they are apparently appropriately named, because their support dept. has gone completely AWOL.After about a week or so of patiently waiting, I decided to try Amazon support. After I spent several minutes navigating the support chat bot, and finally got what I assumed to be an actual person.The best they offered were the two “solutions” listed below, either one being unacceptable in my opinion:Option 1) if I shipped everything back in the destroyed box it arrived in, Amazon would refund once they received it.OROption 2) if I shipped everything back in the destroyed box it arrived in, the seller would send a replacement once it was received, and the soonest they could ship one to me was in 30 DAYS! regardless of the fact that the listing said there were SEVERAL in stock and ready to ship….I told the Amazon support rep that was unacceptable to me to have to wait an entire month for such a simple issue to resolve. (How about shipping a replacement, and allow me to ship the original with missing pieces back, or simply remove the two missing pieces I was missing and return the incomplete kit using THAT shipping box.)The Amazon support rep said they would check to see what other options there were and let me know. A few minutes go by, and the chat session just ended, and I look back at my Amazon orders, and simply see a cancelled order for the same unit. Nobody from Amazon has ever tried to get back in touch with me with other options.Really disappointed in both Amazon as well as AWOL “support” on this order.

if your gonna spend money on a good projector then don't skimp on your screen. comes with a metal Frame that you can assemble with a Phillips screwdriver. you stretch the screen tight around the frame with springs. this makes the front of the screen flat and tight. NO WRINKLES!!! finally has a second outer frame to protect the edges of the screen. comes with brackets to mount it to the wall. Now your ready to have the movie theater experience at home!!!

This screen I purchased to project from the AWOL vision projector the assembly instructions booklet is pathetic and the YouTube video which is shown is not even for this screen. You certainly need two people to put this on. I got some wrinkles on the top left side as spring’s were not easy to install with the tool provided. Projection is good not the best when lights are on. Remember this is not ALR screen.
