It works
I like the taste it takes a little getting use too because it’s a new taste to me but I like it because it stops the craving so you can stay on schedule. The only downside to me is that I want to drink 4 more packages a day but it’s too expensive for me.

It works, but taste awful.
This will stop hunger. Anyone that says it doesn't work is not telling the truth. It would get 5 🌟 stars if it tasted good.The taste is awful. Lemon-Ginger. If someone likes it, good for them. It is strong and bitter.I basically added 3x-4× the water. So I would use 32oz. If you add lots of ice, it would help if was really cold.I hope everyone loses lots of weight.
