Nursery Rhyme Nativity

This has some brilliant songs in for young children to learn so that they can be part of a nativity performance. I used this with my Nursery class with me narrating the story (as written in the book before each song). I did remove some songs and change a few as I felt they were too wordy and there were a few too many songs for 3 year olds to learn. For example; I replaced a song with ‘twinkle twinkl little star’ and the Shepard song with ‘baa baa black sheep’. Overall a great purchase which I will be using again next year!

Could not fit some of the lyrics to the tunes recommended and ended up not using it. Used my own songs and rhymes I have used previously.

Lovely simple songs with short dialogue to help explain story to children. Can be easily made into a Christmas Nativity play as we did - especially useful if you have lots of EAL children in class as songs are very repetitive

Arrived really quickly, simple songs. We used it for our nursery school nativity this year. The songs are really easy for the kids to pick up as they're so repetitive & use nursery rhyme music. Fantastic

Bought this for my wife so I haven't seen it but my wife has used it for school.
