Surface Finish Failed
The gold surface finish has flaked off after minimal use, posing risk to ingestion as particles in a drink.

Poor quality
Initially, I thought this looked really nice, but after a second use a month after purchase, the gold peeled off of the lid. I followed cleaning instructions exactly; did not submerge/soak. Just wiped down. Awful quality. I never review anything, but this was worth a bad review. I hope mine is the exception.
