Very good device. Easy to attach to laptop. USB is attached to player making it compact and neat. For my own use I wish the cord were longer when I use computer on my lap but otherwise, length is perfect when set on desk or table. No issues with playback.

It is easy to install and use

Awesome little piece of kit. Got it for some old phone SD cards that had music and photos on them and also to re-rip some CDs that I burned between 2008-2011. Entire tracks on the discs would be unplayable or skip badly. This thing extracted the audio files perfectly and I was able to reburn them. Very happy with the purchase. Only thing that could be better is a longer usb to computer connection, it’s a little short but luckily it reached my front usb.

Worked right out of the box, pure plug and play. I unboxed it, didn't even look at the instructions, plugged it into the USB port on my Windows 11 laptop and it immediately connected and started playing a DVD I used for testing it. It does require that you have a video player app on your computer - I use the free version of VLC Media Player - but otherwise it works great. It got enough power from my laptop thru the USB port so I did not need to connect extra power. I also have not yet tried the Write function to confirm its ease of use (I plan to burn some music disks to use in my portable CD player,),so I cannot comment on that. It came with a separate "C" connector for power, if needed. I'm very happy, good price, good performance. Very light weight and easy to store in its original box.

Just as described. Just plugged it on to my computer and it worked. Nice to have the Hubs

Was finally able to see old "movies" I made of family photos and videos from trips to birthdays. Nice product. It was light weight and doesnt take up space. Very easy to use. Just plug into computer.

Very flimsy. Front plate where CD/DVD opens and closes VERY easy to break. Doesn't travel well because of the delicate nature of the case. Instructions minimal. Works with Linux.

Works well so far with HP laptop. Not noisy

Love it and with Roku on all my tvs you can cast a movie from disk to any tv you choose

My main use for this product is to load software onto my laptop and my desktop both of which lack a CD/DVD drive. It works fine for that main purpose but it provides an unbelievable number of USB connection points that makes it an excellent USB hub as well. If that's not enough it has a storage area underneath for the USB cord (provided) connecting the drive to my computers. Oh and it also comes with a nice small carrying case. In a word it's a "perfect" device.
