I wear a size 13 sneaker/boot, so I ordered the biggest size, XXL - that does allow my footwear to fit inside comfortably. The elastic at the top does stretch quite a bit, so it should be good for thin and thick legs alike - however, since my legs are on the thicker side, the elastic was very tight on them, and it left a mark afterwards (seen in one of my pics). I didn't submerge these in water while testing them, but I did wear them during a shower - my feet remained dry; I'm looking forward to wearing these next time I have to shovel due to a snowstorm!

Light weight and useful for standby use when you live in a place that doesn't get much rain or mud. We keep two sets in our RV.

I ordered these overshoes in black size XL to wear when motorcycling if I get caught in a downpour. I have several pairs of boots but they all seem to get thoroughly soaked from road spray, even the so called "waterproof" ones. An overshoe is the only thing that seems to work for me, but they can take up a lot of storage space and can be difficult to put on especially on the side of the road.These overshoes are better than I expected. They are substantial for this type of emergency use item and are very well made. They fit my size 8 and 9 boots snugly and have snaps and an elastic strap to keep excess material from flapping around or getting caught on footpegs and the like. The soles are fairly thin but have a nice nonslip tread and can be folded in half if need be. With the sole unfolded, the whole overshoe can be stored flat as a pancake. They zippers are backed up by a gusset that runs nearly the full height of the overshoe. I haven't tried these in the rain yet but I think they will work as well as any other overshoes I've owned.In the photos, I'm wearing the overshoes over an AlpineStars Size 8 half boot on my right leg and a Bates Size 9 Fast Lane boot on my left leg. Both were fairly easy to put on and take off.

I got the XL and they fit my 8.5 size tennis shoes. I believe it'll fit up to a 9 without issue (9.5?). This rainboot is fully waterproof up to about 1 foot in height. It also had a zipper to make the opening wider when putting your foot in it and a strap with a snap on each end to snug it up to your shoe. I think having 2 snaps will make it easy to lose the strap. There is a thin sole on the rainbow for grip when you walk. These will be useful if you have to walk through a flooded roof (my intended use), or even if you are in a situation where you're installing tire chains. So keeping a pair in the house and one in the car makes sense. These are very thin and light weight, but I still think they'll be durable.

Hubby went creeking with the grandson and reported these kept his feet PERFECTLY dry. He was very pleased. He says you must plan on wearing shoes with these boots because if you don't you feel every sharp rock on the creek bottom. He reports that these are easily hosed off and dry nicely and then fold flat. He said they fold up so well he could put them in his tackle box. Overall he feels this is a great boot that can be conveniently kept in the garage, with fishing gear, in car trunk, etc.

my work often has me going out in the rain and one location has a foot and a half deep four foot wide puddle when it rains. these are just above the puddle line and keep my shoes dry. I was afraid when i first ordered them the zipper would be a weak point but it actually has plastic all up and down it the zipper is just a tightener. Be sure to find your proper size before ordering as these perfectly fit my shoes any smaller and it would not fit. the souls are thin so I know they will not last forever but worth it while they do work.they are a little time consuming to get your shoe in because it is so snug so prepare for that in the morning.

I use this when cutting weeds with my string trimmer. It helped save my shoes and pants from the green grass stains. Its great its pretty much sealed my pants and shoes so bugs can't crawl into it. The material is nylon with rubber sole. The traction is enough that I don't slide down my dirt slope. The zipper and elastic bands keep it in place. Worth every penny for what it does.

I only had a chance to try them out in light rain with shallow puddles and mud. They kept my shoes clean and dry. These won’t replace proper rain boots, but it’s a great addition for traveling, when giving up a lot of space for boots is just not worth it.Clearly as one can tell from the pictures, they don’t look all that nice. But it fulfills a purpose of keeping your regular shoes clean and dry. I doubt they will last very long, the material is thin including the soles. But with a bit of care, not using them on rough terrain I’m sure one can get a few uses out of them.The straps, that wrap over the top keeps them held decently tight against the bottoms of the shoes. But I would still recommend using caution walking at first.
