Got this for the grandson and he takes it from car to car he loves it and it keeps the hard belt away from his neck too.

4 year old loves it and thinks it's comfortable.
Covers from shoulder to belly of my 4 year old. Lots of strong Velcro keeping it wrapped around the seat belt. Not overly padded but enough to keep the belt from rubbing. The material is very soft.
