Great Piece of Kit for the price
Great Piece of Kit for the price, after a small amount of tweaking from the FPS mode - the Colours are now beautiful and vivid. Coming from a 60hz 4K monitor to this... i can't go back. The 100Hz makes so much difference, not only in games but whilst browsing online, scrolling web sites, watching YouTube videos and even moving the mouse cursor, everything just feels more fluent and right. The Screen Curvature is perfect, full immersion is kept at all times and the extra real-estate is great for multi tasking, Colour consistency is great across the panel and the light bleed is somewhat minimal, but is definitely there in darker scenes. The input lag is minimal, although i'm not a competitive gamer so doesn't really apply so much to me.Downsides -There aren't many Negatives, but the screen creaks and cracks like an old boat, only for the duration of the screen warming up, and when switched off to cool down - one can only guess it's the materials used , cannot argue with this at the price point given. No Vesa TV Mount - a big shame because this screen would look stunning mounted nicely - but unofficial printed Moulds can be purchased online - this probably voids any warranty.Blue flashing LED whilst on standby - so yea only minor - be favorable to have an option to switch this off.GREAT MONITOR.!!!

Its an ok screen at a good price... but it doesnt last
We purchased 6 or these screens and 3 of them have had issues recently with the screens failing/banding/loss of signal... I would advise you spend a little more and purchase something a bit more reliable

An awesome entry level deal for ultrawides
First, this review is for the VIOTEK GN34C 34" Curved Gaming Monitor (black). I have no idea why Amazon groups reviews together for products from the same manufacturer sometimes... anyway! This is my first monitor above 1080p, above 60hz and my first curved monitor. I had already dipped my toe in the world of ultrawides with a 29 inch LG and was already a fan. The difference in size between 34 and 29 inches feels much greater. I use 2x24 at work and the 29 on its own always felt a little too small to remote into work comfortably. 34 feels like a perfect replacement for 2 24 inch monitors. Im not a hardcore gamer but i do play and all my games look nice if they support 21:9. Others have bars on the sides and still look good.Pros: cheap price, no dead pixels, large and screen looks nice.Cons: included display port cable wouldnt output above 60hz. Worked fine with a cable i had laying around. Menu buttons and labels are annoyingly positioned. Logo is kinda ugly, might try to remove it with acetone or somethingNot a con to me but maybe concerning: the thing makes some unsettling noises for a while when i turn it on. I had seen this in other reviews and can CONFIRM. I jumped the first time it happened. Seems like maybe the plastic shell warms up and creaks. Stand is not adjustable but is at just the right height for my set up. No VESA mounting holes.

I was happy to see that Viotek has now included DP cable
Some people had previously talked about not receiving a Displayport cable so they could not run the monitor at proper resolution/refresh rate. I was happy to see that Viotek has now included said cable instead of HDMI, so that is no longer an issue. This display surprised me, the quality is impressive for the price, color is not spot on but after a little bit of tinkering in Windows you can setup a really nice workable color profile. For any third person game, this monitor rocks and for FPS I like to run in a 1080p Windowed mode so that I don't have to turn my head to spot out my corners. I replaced two 27" 16:9 monitors with this 34" and I haven't noticed not having the second screen, it's so easy to split the screen up with Windows and still have usable sizing. You can also hard split the screen up in the settings, although the aspect ratio will throw you off a little, I haven't played with PIP yet, but I may do that for some of my single board computers. All in all, this screen has been solid so far, no dead pixels, menu is already setup in English and straightforward to navigate. Can't go wrong with the resolution the quality and the price. And I'm so glad they went with a black bezel instead of the chrome that I saw some reviewers showing.

Gigantic Steaming Pile of S#&%.
Nothing but problems from day one.Change the resolution. Source Not Found. Boot a game that defaults to non-native resolution. Source not found. Change the refresh rate. Source not found. Reboot computer. Source not found. Turn on Free Sync. Source not found. Turn on overdrive. Source not found.Tried multiple (expensive and cheap) display port cables. HDMI port is not 2.0 so will not operate at 100HZ. DVI will not operate at 100Hz.Multiple video cards. AMD and Nvidia. Same issues.I thought I would save some money and give this monitor a shot. It was not worth the headaches and constant troubles. This monitor is $1000 cheaper than competing brand name monitors. it is STILL not worth the headaches.

Buy this monitor if you want to be filled with regret.
UPDATE 2 (Jan, 2020; most recent update): It has been almost two years since I purchased this product and I am filled with regret. I will never purchase from Viotek again. After my last update (in which I sent my monitor back in and they "repaired" it and sent it back to me) the dead pixel I mentioned showed up again soon after. Which means they didn't fix anything. I told them about three issues with the monitor and all three of them were still there after the "repair". That was over a year ago. At that point I gave, and I shouldn't have. At the time I told myself I could live with those three issues and that it was still a nice monitor otherwise. Fast forward to present day and more issues keep showing up. The monitor is less than two years old and seems to be declining. now the bottom half of the monitor seems to be full of what I can only describe as partially dead pixels. Another review mentioned "flashing" pixels, and I think they're talking about the same problem. The pixels seem to almost "sparkle" on and off, depending on where you look. I can see these little green "sparkling" pixels (almost like an iridescence) all over and, yes, it is as distracting as you'd imagine and incredibly disappointing. It's infuriating that I spent as much on this monitor as I did to receive a clearly defective product that Viotek couldn't even be bothered to actually fix or replace.UPDATE: They fixed one out of three stated problems. Viotek replied to me quickly after my original review. I sent them my monitor and two weeks later they sent me an email saying they had received the monitor and were going to process it and then get back to me about a refund, repair, or replacement. They never sent me another email, but I did receive the monitor after a couple more weeks. I noticed right away it was the same box I had sent them. So it had been a repair, which was fine. After opening and setting it up, I turned it on only to immediately notice the same green stuck pixel towards the middle of the screen. The same blotchy dark patches towards the bottom right of the screen. They fixed the dead pixel (also towards the bottom right), but fixing one out of three issues that I had detailed to them is not what I expected and I am obviously disappointed.I saved up for a good while to buy this monitor and I wanted to love it, but these issues and then this "repair" are just unacceptable.I don't mean to complain, but I have kerataconus, a progressive eye disease with no cure. That is in no way Viotek's problem, of course, but my vision is deteriorating and I had high hopes for this monitor and saved up to get it. As my vision only gets worse, I wanted to be able to enjoy a nice monitor with awesome graphics while I still can, so it would be an understatement to say this is a huge bummer that I'm now left with a screen that has these defects. I suppose if you get a monitor without defects, it's a great product, but I did and Viotek promised me a repair or replacement and didn't follow through.ORIGINAL REVIEW:[2/5 stars] Stuck and dead pixels and lighting issues detract from an otherwise great monitor. Wanted to love this screen and the reviews are mostly great, but I had noticed right away that more than a few reviewers mentioned dead or stuck pixels on arrival. I was hoping to not end up being one of those people. The monitor is a significant improvement in most ways from what I was using before, but I quickly noticed a stuck green pixel around two inches down from the top of the screen and just left of center. Can't un-see it now. Later noticed a dead pixel towards the bottom right part of the screen as well. Additionally the lighting and coloring and detail of the screen looks superb the vast majority of the time but I noticed that when the screen is mostly a darker color (especially greys) I can see mottling of lighter and darker areas. I wasn't sure at first but I made the screen one solid color and kept switching between solid colors while examining it closely. It was evident after that, darker solid hues revealed that the screen had certain areas (rectangular-like patches) that were just always darker than the surrounding areas of the rest of the screen.Physically, these are tiny issues that a person might not even notice most of the time, but they're definitely there and I'm incredibly sad about that. I realize this is a good price for this kind of monitor, but it is still a lot of money for me and I saved up for this expecting a pretty awesome product without these kind of flaws. I'm planning on contacting the seller (not sure if I do that through Amazon or just go to Viotek directly, but I'll try to find out) and I will update with what happens. If I am able to get another monitor without much hassle that does not have these issues, I will certainly be willing to change my rating here.

Ruidos molestos.
