Size chart is accurate. I'm a tall 10/12 top, 12/14 bottom, hourglass and based on chart and reviews I took a medium which is perfect. Never had a waist trainer fit me so well.1st row is great if using for posture and less food intake while being super comfortable, sitting and bending easily. All rows feel comfortable against the skin, does not move around when the segments are in place. I'll still wear it with a top underneath but for anyone wearing it for short periods of time it's like 2nd skin.Can have each segment on separate rows, just amazing. IBS or feeling unbalanced? That time of the month? Thanks to how flexible this is, I'll actually look forward to wearing it, helps with lower back pain.Really sturdy material and affordable price, this is a good mini investment.I'll edit my review should anything change, so far, brilliant.

This is a 3 part waist trainer and fits perfectly my narrow waist and wider hips.It does not roll down and you can customise it according to your body shape.I have tried numerous waist trainers after i had a tummy tuck but if i bought according to hips size were too lose on my waist and vice versa.This fits perfectly.I have started to wear it at home few hours a day to get used to it.

I like this piece that I purchased, it fits nicely, I’m a size 10 and I bought the M. I’m only a little disappointed as it was obvious that I was wearing it under my dress on a night out for dinner, where as the advertising video made it seem that it wasn’t. I can’t wear it with my dresses unless I wear a thick dress. Which is guess I’d perfect for winter, but not quite so good for summer.

I thought this waist trainer was a bit annoying to put on as there are 3 sections, and my previous waist trainer only had 1 section to hook up. But if you had a shorter torso, this tri-section waist trainer would be good because you can position each set as you please. It is quite comfortable, the ribs arent too stiff however because there are 3 layers of hooks, I cant wear it out. Its quite visible underneath a tight dress. so I only wear it a few hours a day at home. Some people wear waist trainers to the gym but I think this one would be a bit too firm for gym. Overall good value for the quality of the product and hope my waist does snatch in soon!

I needed something for daily use and this is perfect. It is firm and supportive. It is very comfortable and also sometimes feel it helps with my posture.The material seems to be breathable and easy to put on and take off. It gives a good shape to the body too. I would definitely recommend this.

It stretches a lot but is far too bulky for wearing under clothes - also be weary that this will bunch up if you have a short torso
