Great Part of My Regimen
I'm starting my second bottle, 4 months, and along with zinc with copper, my energy levels have noticeably improved. This is meant to signal your system to create more natural testosterone, and that in turn helps with stamina. Also great for men looking to improve fertility. No stomach upset, no side effects that I noticed at all. Will continue to take!

Good liquid lecithin supplement in softgels
Lecithin isn’t one of those supplements that’s blatantly obvious in its effects, but this is a decent lecithin supplement otherwise. It seems about the same as other liquid lecithin softgels I’ve taken in the past, but perhaps a bit more on the trustworthy side given that it’s a Rite-Aid store-brand generic. Pricing and quality look as competitive as expected, so I’d consider this a solid option if you need a liquid lecithin supplement. As a reminder, lecithin is metabolized to choline and inositol (and most people will be interested in the cholinergic aspect). The only possible negative for some people might be that the lecithin in this particular product is derived from soy and the softgels are made from gelatin. I personally don’t think these make any difference whatsoever, but if you want to avoid soy and/or gelatin for whatever reason, then go ahead and avoid this product. (Somewhat incongruous is the marketing claim “Free of soy” on the product page, but in context the claim is that this product is free of soy allergens. Again, I personally don’t care about this either way.)As always, use common sense when dosing supplements.

I use this in my keto diet and also for restless legs
I take lecithin every day to balance the fat/oil intake in my keto diet, and also because it helps me calm restless legs at night when I go to sleep. This particular brand works as well for me as others and I’ve had no problems with these large soft gels. They are big but not difficult to swallow; not bigger than most other lecithin supplements. I take these usually with food and haven’t had any gastrointestinal side effects. For those new to lecithin, I recommend starting out slow because they can result in frequent bathroom trips until you get used to them.Lecithin has been used to lower cholesterol by some people, but the medical literature is mixed regarding benefits and risks, and lecithin is a highly processed supplement. So anyone contemplating use of lecithin, for cholesterol or any other purpose, I recommend doing your own research, and definitely consult first with your doctor or health care provider before taking.I do like this particular supplement, but at the currently listed price, there are more competitive options available here on Amazon.

Good Value
I use sunflower lecithin but was in between orders and decided I’d try Rite Aid’s Soya Lecithin. I used to live down the way from a Rite Aid, so I felt like this is a product I could trust because of familiarity. I will say that the odor is just as bad as the sunflower lecithin I regularly use. It smells fishy or like old beef jerky. Perhaps that’s just lecithin’s signature smell, but peee-u! The capsules are a bit on the bigger side, but not hard to swallow. I’ve been using these daily since they arrived and I haven’t had any issues like upset stomach or hives. Since I’ve already been taking a form of lecithin, I didn’t anticipate me feeling any differently taking this product and I haven’t. I personally believe lecithin helps lower cholesterol, and that’s why I use it. I’m rating 5 stars for price per serving (100 count), 1200 mg per softgel, gluten free, no artificial colors, and simply because of the smell – I feel I’m getting the real deal.

Didn't work for me
I took over the course of a week.I did not notice any improvements of my cognitive function during that time. Maybe they will work for you, but I cannot recommend them. Despite that, they are easy to swallow, and do not taste too bad. I would recommend these if they work, but always be cautious about what is in them. Some people might not experience any changes, but it entirely depends on your physiology and diet.

The formula I was looking for at a reasonable price point!
From my many years long experience taking vitamins and reading all the health/nutrition articles I could get my hands on, I'd say that this is a good product from a company already known to me. I am by no means an expert, but I've come to conclusions about what is right for me. The pills are so easy to swallow, unlike the horse pills I've endured before. Definitely recommended.

Soy Letcithin
I got this because I heard that it helps with absorbing other supplements. I take quite a few because I want to slow down the aging process. So far I haven’t had any type of stomach upset or anything like that. These are rather large as far as the size but most supplements are anyway. It goes down easy though because it’s a soft gel. So far I’m satisfied with the product and see no reason to not give them five stars!
