Great if you are trying to up your fibre intake, contains oat fibre so will help lower cholesterol. If you don't already have a high fibre diet these do contain 1000mg of fibre and the effect can be more than you would like. Maybe start with 500mg single fibre tablets first and build up to these.

My stools were too loose so I needed to increase my fibre in my diet, along with my water intake. I pop one first thing in the morning with a lot of water and these really help keep my bowels routine & comfortable.I also think there helping reduce my sugar cravings.

Seems to work but the taste in your mouth is horrible, like mouldy cardboard. And the taste lingers. I stopped using after day 2 for that reason.

Used the SOLGAR brand for many years now for various supplements and vitamins and it never fails to impress. Not the easiest to swallow, just take it with plenty of water. Results were as expected! Happy.

I'm fine with taking pills of all sizes, have done so for years. And I've bought Solgar products before as I think they're good quality so I bought these to replace psyllium. The taste is really something else, not sure but reminds me of rancid chicken fat. They made me gag like no other pills have done. £10 wasted.
