Great doorbell camera
Although the install instructions are vague, as soon as I connected it to my old doorbell wires, it worked immediately! It picks up and records everything. I was able to answer the doorbell in Long Island, NY from upstate Vermont!!! Voice and video is great!

Love this Thing!
Simple to install using the provided instructions as well as connecting it to the Lorex app for viewing remotely. The night vision, motion detection and picture quality are better than expected. The speed at which the notifications come through are impressive as well. Also appreciate the night light feature that comes on when motion is detected. Thank you Lorex!

So easy to set up. Good value.
Product is spectacular. Does exactly what it says it does. Works with my existing mechanical (ding ding) door bell. Set up was 10 mins.

Great doorbell cam
A really nice doorbell cam unit. Works as described and great resolution and software. Only issue was tucking the wire connectors neatly behind the unit. They are a little big for this low voltage application. Easier to switch them out for more compact connectors before you have to deal with them at the end of the install...

Terrible customer service
I bought this doorbell because my brother recommended it. I never got it to connect. The first time I called, they told me to try it with a different phone. I’ve tried it with three different people’s phones. It gets to the point where it’s blinking blue but never turns green. I called again. We went through the whole rigmarole of set up AGAIN. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done this. I’ve come to the conclusion there is something wrong with this unit. She told me to try setting it up with the USB cord that came with it. I told her it didn’t come with one. She insisted it did and I had to find it. I read her what came with the unit which is listed on the box. No cable is listed. She wouldn’t believe me. I asked for a replacement. She said I had to use a voltage meter to test the voltage of my transformer. My what? When I had the results of the voltage meter, they could send me a replacement. So now I have to pay an electrician more money to get a replacement? So now I’m out 79 dollars and I will never deal with this company again.
