This is overall a easy to use and nice machine but it does have issues. First one, parts are hard to find and when visiting Vevor.com they sell so many different products its very difficult to find what is needed. Second issue is more of a major issue, The flavors seep into each other so basically its only good for one flavor at a time or your Vanilla will be Chocolate milk flavor by end of day. Third the machine will not keep up on a hot day or when the temp around the machine reaches 80 degrees or higher. Other than those three issues it a easy to use easy to clean machine.

First off what a nice looking machine !!!Secondly , want a machine that you cannot get parts for ?Third , how about a machine that the manufacturer won’t honor the warranty ?This machine gets a bout 4 ice cream cones out and has to wait ten minutes for it to cool back down .Is the machine worth the money for a business ? A slow one maybe , but the barrels are too small to keep up with the volume . Buy the one that’s more than a Kia !This machine is now broken and I cannot find the parts , the manufacturer keeps telling me they won’t honor their warranty !!!! Been back and forth for a month !!!I hope that my review helps someone else who thinks this machine will work for them . If you are only using it once ? And have the money to burn ? Go for it !

We purchased this machine for our Hot Dog & Soft Serve Shoppe. We've had problems from the beginning! Water and soft serve leaking everywhere, loud squeaking noises, the left side freezing up, then the right side freezing, soft serve was too soft then would stop dispensing after serving 2 floats! The list goes on!It finally completely broke down just after 3 weeks of use!We've been trying to get a hold of someone, ANYONE to assist us from the beginning and all correspondence have gone unanswered. This is beyond frustrating! We spent hard earned money and have a useless machine sitting in our shoppe and angry customers to boot! PLEASE SEND HELP!UPDATE: We NEVER received help from this company. We contacted Amazon to help us communicate with them. Amazon sent 2 emails 1 month apart and this company never replied and has stopped all communication with Amazon and us. They only offered to communicate through WhatsApp. I've been sending them messages through that app and they are ignoring my messages. To say we are disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase is an understatement! Such a huge loss for our mom & pop shop especially in times of this pandemic.

DO NOT BUY!! Do not buy this ice cream machine if you are buying for commercial use. The top units are not refrigerated so any milk product used for making ice creams will not stay cold and spoil in a few hours. Also not accepted by any health departments. The advertised description doesn’t say this and the customer buying this machine is misinformed that they can use it commercially.They don’t provide pick up services for returning a heavy equipment so cannot be returned easily. So believe the reviews that are saying the same things I have mentioned.Another issue was black mist flying out of the side that has filter. When asked about this I was informed that a belt is loose and I just need to tighten it. NO OTHER GUIDELINES.Please do your time and resources a huge favor and do not buy this.. unless you want to pour the product inside, make soft serve Icecream the next minute and then deep clean the machine with plenty of effort and time.

I bought this product for our concession trailer to speed up the serving of ice cream. We hand dipped all of our ice cream which took a lot of time. We can use this soft serve machine & save time, plus is a better ice cream. It is a very easy machine to operate & clean as well. Only drawback is that the machine is heavy, so once you get it in place leave it. In 65* outside temp, it made soft serve ice cream in less than 8 minuets. Very nice machine.

This is the first I've cream maker we have use. It's easy to clean and Makes a great product. I didn't like that some of the metal parts were a little rusty when they came out of the box. But other then that it's good for the price.

I really like this item. I hope that I am not speaking too soon. I only started it up to see how it function. It seems to be very simple and easy to use. The ice cream is delicious. In my opinion, it taste better than “Tasty Freeze”. Stay tuned, and I will fill you in when my ice cream season starts. This should be around May/ June.
