Nice bit of kit - usual Trend quality
Purchased this rather than a dedicated biscuit jointer as already have a 1/4” router. Probably slightly more time consuming to set up the router and use for this purpose but for the occasional biscuit joint probably fine. Quality is excellent as is the case generally with Trend accessories.

Cheap alternative to a biscuit jointer
Brilliant cutter. As an alternative to a biscuit jointer this bit is hard to fault. Easy to adjust to the different biscuit sizes, cuts well in softwood and hardwoods. If you only cuts biscuit slots occasionally this is an essential cutter.

Good bit of kit, but service was regrettable
When it finally arrived I could see it was a good bit of kit. Supplied with different bearings for using different biscuit sizes. This is the proper kit for biscuit jointing with a router, unlike some of the other "pretend" bits out there. But is took more than 2 weeks for the product to eventually arrive. Just bad luck I suppose, but the first one never arrived. Then the company said they had posted a replacement, but that didn't arrive either. Finally they posted another first class and it arrived shortly afterwards. At least the company was obliging and did eventually rectify the problem.
