I purchased this for an upcoming trip, since merino wool clothing has been touted as wearable multiple times without needing washing, and as fast-drying. This is extremely comfortable without having to wear an undershirt, and is not at all scratchy against the skin. The merino wool gets rid of wrinkles very quickly while wearing, and I even put on a merino wool hoodie over this, and was completely comfortable. The merino wool fabric flexes and stretches nicely as you wear it, and has a slimming effect when worn. It is warm and comfortable, and has a timeless style. The wool is breathable and the fabric material is soft, smooth and very high quality. Very highly recommended.

Comfortable and soft This is my first merino wool shirt. At first it seemed a little scratchy, but the shirt softened up quickly and now it's very comfortable. I bought it as a travel shirt, as it is anti-microbial and won't smell. The fit and color are perfect. I expect it to work well as a base layer for my trip to Europe.

Great base layer, not too heavy like some other merino wool shirts I have gotten in the past. I definitely will be wearing this one often. I wear merino protect shirts most days! A bit of a slimmer, tighter fit than their heavier long-sleeved shirts.

Very nice base layer - I wear these under scrub tops on night shift when the building cools down, and am the only nurse who is not complaining when usually I am the person who gets cold first! I wear these year-round, summer and winter, because the A/C gets too chilly. The sleeves are plenty long. The fabric is more durable than the last company I used; no holes have developed because I pull the sleeves up for handwashing, isolation gowns, etc. Wool really does absorb sweat well and prevent odors; this is especially helpful when I have multiple patients in isolation (those plastic gowns get hot!) Wash in cold water, and to make them last longer, line drying works best.

When I saw the price and the review of this Merino Protect shirt, I had to try it! I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of Merino Protect's shirts. I now have 3 of them. I'm a big fan of 100% merino wool - I commute by bicycle in NYC, and I prefer to wear 100% merino in all seasons. Most of the big names have taken to blending their merino with man-made fibers, which detracts from the quality and experince. This long-sleeve model does a great job - the material is really soft, it wicks sweat wonderfully, and works great in the cooler weather under my windbreaker. The length is great; it's a bit longer than a typical cotton T-shirt, which makes it perfect for cycling. I'm 5'8", 170lb, and the medium fits me perfectly - stays close to my skin for wicking, without being too snug. The only way I could think to improve the product would be to offer another model as well in a heavier fabric for those really cold days.

My husband LOVES this shirt! The color is great! It’s not itchy in my opinion, and I find wool to be rather itchy normally. He says it’s very comfy, it’s thin so it’s a perfect layering shirt, keeps him both warm in the cold and cool in the heat. It fits him very well and I find it to be a very attractive shirt on him in my 100% biased opinion! I will probably order him more colors down the road!

Nice and thin but still warm. Good fit, not too tight and not too loose. I've been wearing it as a shirt and not a base layer under something else. Wish there were more color options, but other than that, very happy with this purchase.

Love it! I've ordered this brand before and again I am pleased. female... 5'8 145. large fits as I expected it would...not tight, not loose...just right. soft. cozy. I ordered the mens long sleeve on purpose...its what i wanted. sleeves are a little long for me. Otherwise.... All good!

It's true to size. I'm 6'1, 185 lbs, and Large size fits perfectly. Very soft and you always feel dry even if you sweat a bit. Probably going to buy another.
