wats the highest hard drive this can take

Not entirely sure but I currently use a 2tb drive with it. I don't see any reason why it won't work with larger drives.

Can anyone who has one of these confirm whether it plays H.264 as well as H.265?

yes will play both I bought it as my old player played 264 perfectly would not play 265 but this will play all

Is there an online or a .PDF instruction manual to access or download?

hi , not have this , but pls contact the after service to send a elec one .
