Makes shuffling big decks easy!
We play hand and boot (foot) and use multiple decks. More players is more decks. We play with about 12-14 decks and this takes away some extra time shuffling, though we still mix the deck by hand too.Two of our daughters married in the spring and love the game, so we are starting them and their spouses out with multiple decks and this shuffler. Here is a confession, when we got them, we tried them before to see how they would work. If they were faulty we would send them back. They worked great so we kept them for us ans ordered more for them. We'll tell them after they open them. Ha ha.Anyway, these are worth it. I didn't read the description to see they are manual shufflers, but they work better than the old broken battery powered one we had!!

Manual but works perfect
We use it to shuffle our uno cards. Occasionally jammed but satisfying

Shuffle like a pro
We play a fun card game, Five Crowns, which is a double deck of five suits from 3 to King plus 5 Jokers...which according to my calculations is 115 cards. My husband won't shuffle all those cards, so I end up doubling up on the shuffling. By the end of the game, my thumbs were worn out. In the distant past, we had a battery-operated shuffler, so I took to Amazon for a replacement. I did order a shuffler that was battery powered, but it was broken during shipping, so back to the drawing board. When I saw the Premium Manual Card Shuffler 2 Deck With Hand Crank, I was intrigued. A hand crank. No need for batteries. Sounded great, so I ordered it.The handle is initially found tucked into the bottom of the shuffler and is easily inserted into the back of the shuffler. It worked the same way that a battery-powered one works, except *you* have the power. It's fun to crank fast or crank slow--whatever suits your fancy. The shuffler handles the 115 cards with ease and it makes the shuffling process so much easier (and fun).A couple of cautions: When we used an older deck, the shuffler had a problem grabbing the cards. I posited that this was due to the age of the cards. They weren't as flat and slick as a new deck. Since we love Five Crowns so much, we had a spare deck that had been used less, but not brand new. This deck sailed through the shuffler with no problem. I can't blame the shuffler for that. The shuffler will likely prevent new decks from getting bent as they would from manual shuffling. Second, my sister is sensitive to loud noises and while I wouldn't call the shuffler "loud," it does create a moderate level of sound that tended to make people raise their voices trying to talk over the shuffler, which irritated my sister. Solution: no talking while shuffling. Again, the sound didn't bother anyone else, but I recognize that some people are more sensitive to noise. This shuffler will get lots of use at our house.
