How does the brush bar compare with the likes of Shark that have anti hair wrap?

It’s awful, hair gets all wrapped round it and you have to dismantled to cut it out. We sent ours back and got shark instead which is so much better

Does this have a hepa filter? my son has house dust mite allergy so essential

Tbh with you I have returned this item, its not really a good one. I have purchased ‘Quick Henry’ and has no filter at all, also is much much better than this one.

How do you know when the pod is full?

It has an indicator which I assume lights up when full. I am still on first pod and use it daily. Four very messy birds lol. Am getting near one month of use. Check user book for indicator. I love my Henry
