Trappify Hanging Fly Trap Sticky Fly Catcher for Indoor Outdoor, 2 Pack

I’ve read reviews on this and was a bit dubious but it’s worked really well. What I would say is that do what it says and put the Apple cider vinegar in the tray at the bottom. I had this out for 2 day and not one fruit fly until I put the vinegar (and a little washing up liquid) in the white bit at the bottom. I didn’t want to hang these up so can’t comment on the effectiveness of the hook, but I can say it’s worked very well since I put the vinegar in. Very quickly after doing this I had loads on the cylinder. Yes it’s very sticky but it’s supposed to be! I’ll be buying some more while summer conditions continue and doors are left open!

These do work but they are hard to put in place as they're exceedingly sticky. They would be so much better if they came with a protective, removable covering over the sticky bit. Once up, flies don’t stand a chance when they fly close and they get stuck immediately to the yellow sticky stuff so they're very effective. HOWEVER, they are very flimsily made. I went to the bother of fixing command hooks high up on my conservatory roof frame, especially for these sticks. Up a ladder, I placed honey in the bottom cups as instructed and hung up two sticks. Only one week later, one stick literally has fallen out of its upper container hook and left the stick and its stickiness, plus honey, on the floor. I'm very glad it didn't fall on the furniture as that would have been an impossible nightmare to clean off. The sticks are literally so sticky you can’t handle them to re-attach to their hooked container, so straight in the bin it went. Trappify sticks are too expensive for this basic failure. I am very disappointed in their durability and have wasted my money. The aesthetic of these sticks is preferable to the yellow rolls and hanging papers so I will try and find an alternative, cheaper make. Otherwise, I will have unused hooks on the ceiling, which is pretty annoying. I do NOT recommend Trappify Fly traps. DO NOT BUY.

These worked much better than fly spray and caught a good many house flies and fruit flies. I hate having flues in the house. Good size, ease of use, better than chemicals in the air, no odour I could smell.

This is VERY sticky!! I’m not sure it attracts the flies as much as catches them as they fly by as it’s so sticky. I put honey in the bottom but never saw a fly trying to eat it. After a week it was very full of flies.. we seem to have had a pandemic of the pests!!…. I thought it was disgusting to look at hanging in my kitchen but not sure what alternative there is.

These strips look like they'd do the job, but... I've had them for about 3 days now and they haven't caught one fruit fly. By contrast, a bug zapper I bought seems to be more effective. I'll give these strips a couple of weeks before I throw them out,

These are the best fly catches I have ever brought. I have spent a lot of money over the years and these are the cheapest. I would recommend these to everyone.

Works well. Had trapped many flies within first few hours. Needs hanging where the flies congregate. Beware when handling the goo is VERY gooey! take them out of the box carefully. you get two traps in the box. only issue is that they are quite expensive compared to other similar brands.

Absolutely useless. I had it for over 2 weeks, not a single fly caught. The flies completely ignored it even when I put some bait at the bottom to attract them. The only thing that got stuck to it were my hands when accidentally touched it. Wasted money, specially that there are other glue based traps on amazon for fraction of price of these. Anyone looking to buy, go for some cheaper version, effect will likely be the same but you save some money

You fill the cup on the bottom with honey. The trap caught all the flies very fast. I will purchased these items again. Be careful handling, it is very sticky.

aber alles andere hat leider versagt. Der Fruchtfliegenschwemme war nicht mehr beizukommen. Erster Fänger schon nach 24 so voll das er ausgewechselt werden musste. Nur ein Tipp an den Hersteller: Bitte schreibt doch mal etwas dazu wie man dieses Zeug aus den Haaren heraus bekommt :-)

Utilisation contre les mouches, très efficace. Plus pratique que les rouleaux déroulables et aussi efficace. Facile d'utilisation

Didn’t catch a single fly yet, they keep buzzing around our kitchen and are not at all attracted to it. Would not recommend.
