I purchased this for the high silica content. It is really helping with thinning hair and will likely order again. I was taking horsetail, but this is much better . I have had no problems with this product. So, I would reccomend this for thinning hair.

I feel adding silica to my diet has made me stronger overall more healthy in the short time I've been taking it. Further testing is needed though, I think to experience the full effects would take a year or two of consistent use, perhaps more. These bamboo silica capsules caused same day digestive upset and stomach cramps. I tried for 3 days and then stopped taking them. The bamboo is clearly high fiber which I was unaware of. Proceed with caution if you are sensitive to fiber.
