After my Sony remote died I thought I’d give this a go and it is absolutely perfect - an exact replica.

I struggled to find the same remote we have for our tv so when I found this one I was pleased but also weary as to the setting up of it. when it came and I put the batteries in it almost connected itself and worked straight away. there was no fiddling around with codes etc. it is the exact same as we have now and does the same thing jus aswell as the old remote. pleased with this purchase

The remote stopped working a few weeks after I bought it 😟

Does a decent job for a fraction of the cost of a genuine Sony item. Have not tried voice feature - not needed.

I've had a few replacement remotes for our Sony TV and they are not all created equal. This one seems to be a really good option and I was keen to see if I could finally get to use voice commands on the TV as our previous replacement didn't have that feature. Perhaps my TV isn't capable of doing it but after following the instructions I just couldn't get it to pair properly or something. Voice commands wouldn't work. I don't want to mark it too low in case this is a case of my incompetence or incompatibility so there we are.

Item worked for exactly 47 days. Now does very little, changed batteries, still no good. Returns only up to 30 days so they are laughing at us.

Fait bien le job, pas autant qu'une originale car il faut être plus en face de la télé et appuyer plus fort sur les touches mais fait le job.Même la reconnaissance vocale fonctionne, attention de faire la manipulation pour bien la connecter a la télé
