Why does the system stop when reading the data stream?

This may be caused by a loose diagnostic VCl dongle. Please unplug the VCl dongle. Please make sure the connection is stable and solid.

What to do if there’s an issue with the vehicle ECU?

(1) Whether diagnostic VCl dongle is correctly connected. (2) Whether the ignition switch is ON. (3) Check whether the version of the scanner and VCl is the latest (if not, try again after updating), and check what indicator is on the VCl.

This is normal. It is commonly caused by electromagnetic interference.
