Can I use the prethickened orange juice and prethickened apple juice in drinking water?

Theoretically yes, but the nature of this product is that it’s a thickened drink for people with aspiration risk... adding it to water would dilute it and increase that risk.

awfully expensive.  We stopped using it and now add "Simply Thick" to regular liquids.  The bottles were handy when Mom was in assisted living, though.  And Simply Thick is outrageously expensive, too.  The cheapest is Thick-it, but Mom didn't like how that made her mouth feel
