Very short lifespan, poor customer service.
Cheap lights with a short lifespan. I have six of them fitted in my kitchen ceiling and on average I have the replace one every 2 months. In a year I replaced all six. I'm now stuck with buying these because I drilled the appropriate size holes in the ceiling and I can't find other lights that fit those holes. I'm on my third pack over the last 2 years. I reached out to Allusso to complain. They offered me 10%off my next order as a solution. My advice is not to buy these if you can find any other alternatives. Only buy these if you're stuck for them.

I really wanted to like these, but they get really really hot!
I ended up sending these back. I was intending to use them in my conservatory, but they get really really hot. After an hour of on time, I simply could not touch the rear. I decided that they were a fire hazard for me given lack of ventilation behind. Shame, they were bright and easy to install, and the multi 'K' switch for colour temperature was very handy. Personally think that a 10W light should be generated 10W of actual light, I'm certain these dissipated most of that 10W as heat!
