Very well made buñuelo mold (fritter)! Arrives quickly. Comes in two pieces which you assemble by twisting in. Easy. Takes 15 seconds .Cute traditional design. Thick metal but not heavy. Handle does NOT get hot so it’s functional because you can use continually without stopping to cool down like cheap brands. The size of the buñuelos are the Percy traditional size. They cook thin and crispy as they should. Easy to wipe clean (best in oil before dunking into batter - you’re welcome!).Great mold. Fantastic buy. Looove - now I get to make my grandmas buñuelos in a few minutes.

Works Well...
I am new to making bunuelos de viento (wind fritters) and bought this to try it out. Overall, It does what it was designed to do. I knocked off a star because sometimes the rosetta wheel would loosen up at crucial points in making the fritters, but it worked out fine. They came out great!

Terrible product
Product was dirty had 0 quality, was not easy to use because of lack of product preparation for next sell. This product was not a value for the price due to black like tar being stuck on item, the design was extremely hard to clean and the size was way to big for what I actually needed. I would not advise buying this product from this company unless buying new.
