Quality of wood is good it’s heavy, it’s stable, overall worth the price

Good quality wood, great finish and am very pleased by it!

The bottom and rear boards, the bases of the drawers and the doors of the cabinet are not of solid wood, instead there is a blatant use of PARTICLE WOOD. Which will release small amounts of formaldehyde gas over time. The edges are weak and may not hold screws well over time. It cannot support heavy loads and is more fragile than MDF or plywood. It is prone to swelling, warping, and rotting if exposed to water and I live in a very cold region. Look at a the quality of this joint. The door of this shoe cabinet has been stuck together with the tiniest nails and glue. It’s fine. But if you are using sub par quality material , at least you should have made sure it stayed in place. I know it’s expected when you shop online, but I’ve never seen this level of cheating. 19k down the drain. I’ve never been cheated on Amazon like this ever. SHAME ON YOU.

Good in finishing, suits to my requirement, storage capacity is sufficient for my belongings, using from last 3-4 months hence can’t comment on material. But as of now it is fine and look sturdy

Good Product I m satisfied

Just opened it and haven't used it yet, but quality looks OK (not great) so far. I reduced my rating by two stars because the product information is misleading. It states that installation is required, so I booked a technician to open the box and assemble it. However, when the technician arrived, we found that the product was already fully assembled. I ended up wasting around ₹600 just to have the box opened. Please don't waste your money here. Just capture video while opening the product. Another issue was the technician scheduling. The email mentioned a service window of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while the WhatsApp message said the technician would arrive at 10:00 AM. Receiving different information through different Amazon communication channels was confusing. I also contacted Amazon customer support via chat. Around 8–9 agents were transferred into the conversation, with a new agent joining every few minutes. Each one asked the same questions, but none of them was able to provide a solution. The overall support experience was very disappointing.
