Great customer service
I purchased a sunny health and fitness indoor cycle exercise bike last February. The bike has been great and we’re really enjoying it we had a problem with the seat I needed to get a replacement, and after getting in touch with the customer service department, they sent us a seat to fix the problem, and there was no charge. We could not have been happy with the customer service that we received. It was prompt, and they were very considerate of our needs. I would not hesitate buying a product from Sunny health and fitness they truly stand behind their products.

Resistance is not working
As soon as I put it together the resistance would not change. It is adjusted electrically with the led display knob, so there nothing I could do to try and fix it. I’m sending it back. When I took it apart I found the connector wires crushed, I can’t believe the company sent it to me this way. Very disappointed.
