Very logical assembly, well built and designed gazebo. Takes 2 or 3 people to mount posts and square-up starting frame. One person can complete the rest. Welded threaded inserts are fantastic. Completely satisfied.

The installation took some time and it is relatively easy as long as you are patient. I recommend another person to assist with the install and dedicate a day or 2 to complete. The payoff is amazing. The gazebo is high quality and looks fantastic once complete. We received so many compliments on it.

We stained the wood white. Very sturdy, easy to put together, a great addition to the backyard.Perfect size. NO more umbrellas that fly away!

Overall I was pleased. This was the 12x20ft model. Very attractive gazebo. All parts fit together relatively easily. Directions included no written, only illustrations, but all parts were very clearly labeled and I was able to assemble in 2 days by myself. I opted to assemble with no additional helpers(they recommend 4 people). I used step ladders, etc to prop things up while working. Having a day without much wind helped. My only complaint is that I did not like the plastic clips/inserts to hold the top of the larger roof panels.(see 4th photo) I live in Florida and I see those as the weakest part of the design as it relates to storms/wind. I will probably attempt to find some screws to replace those clips. Everything else seems pretty solid.

I checked out the reviews before buying this gazebo. I will say I had no negative experiences and can only say great things. The product was delivered in two boxes that contained all of the parts which were well labeled. The hardware was contained in individual trays for each part - not just a big bag of stuff.I was able to assemble this with the help of one other person. I’m a 61 yo man and my helper was a friend of my wife who is 30. We needed two others to help when it was time to stand it up. But once we got a bolt thru the beam and into the column we were fine with them.I decided to put the bases in a pot (look at the pics) to add some color. We anchored three bolts into the bottom of the pot and then put one long anchor into the choice below.We had to use two days to assemble it as we got rained out the first day. Total time spent was 7 hours. A few helpful suggestions:1. Layout the baseplates first to determine where you will be anchoring them (if going into a deck). I had to drill a hole thru the baseplate on two of them to line up with a joist.2. Do t overtighten the bolts in the frame until you have it squared up. To determine if it is square you need to measure diagonally across the inside and they must be equal dimensions.3. I left one anchor (the one going to a joist) out until o had the steel framework above roughed in (the major members running to the center). Then I sank that last anchor.4. When installing the roof panels, do not tighten down all the way ( the holes are slotted). Allow yourself the ability to slide things left or right until you have all the rough panels on. Then crank away.

We purchased this Gazebo for our backyard. We wanted the gray color but it didn't come in this 11x13 ft. size. I found a greige exterior paint that went perfectly with our backyard theme. It came out beautifully.The Gazebo is well made and fairly easy to put together. It definitely takes 2 people to assemble. Plan for 6-8 hours of assembly. We highly recommend this product!!!

The perfect compliment to our new patio. It looks terrific and is very sturdy. Assembly was a little challenging and would best be tackled with no less than 3 people.

This Gazebo came in 2 boxes. The frame was very easy to put up with some experienced help. The roof had a lot of pieces so I recommend you have a table for the bolts and etc. Concrete anchors are/were not included so you will need to purchase 16. It took 3 people 4 hours to put up from start to finish. Very happy with the style and quality of the Sunjoy.

The gazebo is great. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. We had one small issue with shipping but they were quick to get it fixed and were excellent to work with. The gazebo looks excellent.

pergola was well packaged although the first parts I needed to start with were in the bottom of the box . posts are hollow and glued together so it's not really that strong. roofing panels are pretty flimsy. instructions were good and everything is labelled. overall it's a decent kit but I wish I went with something a little more solid. not to confident in the roofing come winter I will have to keep it cleared well

Je voulais en faire un gazebo fermé pour le soleil, pluit et les bibittes. Le double toit est ouvert alors tous peuvent entrer et il n'existe pas de rideaux ou panneaux en mica ou autres en hauteur de 84 pouces pour ce model, je suis déçu ! Aussi quelques manque de précision au montage, il faut êtres super précis pour ne pas avoir à démonter, et pour fixer les 4 poteaux sur une plate-forme il n'y a pas de vis d'encrage d'inclus avec la figure.
