NEW UPDATE:While I could get nowhere with amazon customer service I was contacted by the manufacturer themselves quite unexpectedly. Amazing customer service and very receptive. They have offered to send new unit free of charge.They have offered not just help with the unit but requested a video of its current operation or lack there of, the video is to help trouble shoot and improve the overall performance.Because they are a new company and it is a new design (which I love) they are working to improve and make this item customer friendly.Honestly? I would have purchased another one of these little blenders had they not reached out to me due to the power and flexibility of the unit. Sometimes electronics have a mind of their own, I do not blame the manufacturer and would have gladly purchased another with hopes it functioned properly.I recommend this product hands down!I am very impressed with the makers of this little blender and quite honestly the blender itself! product will not hold a charge and does not work while plugged in!! I started with full charge and before smoothie is finished charge is gone and I have to pour everything into different blender, what a disappointment!!Trying to contact customer service results in someone with heavy accent from foreign country, thanks Amazon!! It’s so incredibly frustrating trying to handle business in the USA with someone from India!!Unfortunately I will have to jump through numerous hoops while struggling to understand a language I do not speak!!First, let it be said: instructions are found on clear “ LITTLE “ sticker on base of tumbler, get your glasses or magnifying glass. Also, fill line is on back of tumbler when correctly aligned on base, kinda weird. I kept trying to aline base with fill lines thinking that would certainly be the front, it’s not, lol.As for shipping and product? Received in 2 days and item is outstanding.I put in whole cashews and flax seed, this little blender made easy work of it!!! I particularly like that it’s portable as I can continue to blend as consumed. The over lock feature on opening assures release button will not accidentally open.It’s super easy to clean!!! I have had many personal blender, some very expensive. I found most to be a waste of money. They were difficult to clean around blades, leaked, did not blend well and quite honestly annoying. More often than not I’d have to blend part of the smoothie the stop to add more ingredients, repeat….. Past blenders were garbage in a short time, seriously a waste of money!!!Not so with this little machine!!! Makes for a smooth blend, it’s quick and easy once you get the hang of it and so simple. I added everything at once, hit the switch and tada….. DONE!!!I truly hope this handy blender lasts, it’s outstanding!!!Note: I did get the warranty which is unusual for me, but I wanted assurance, as the ratings seemed to be 5 star across the board.One recommendation for manufacturers: some of us don’t see well so adding instructions on insert would be helpful along with little tiny sticker on front, old eyes 😊….Thanks so much for your time, do hope this helps others in the future. My fiance got this for me the straws and cleaners are wonderful. Only thing the piece on top is very hard to take off to clean,to put back to put back on

It is OK for that.It comes with a couple of soft straws, a mini ice cube tray, a carrying strap, soft cleaning cloth and a useless cheap sponge on the end of a tiny plastic 2 piece stick for cleaning the inside of the cup. Kudos to Bosicte for the accessories.First off, I can only put 16 - 18 oz. of liquid in this if I want to add protein powder and other ingredients. Max is 20 oz. and I feel that is still a bit small for me. I would prefer at least 26 oz. max, to 32 oz. max. Sometimes the 20 oz. max can come out too thick with only 2 cups of liquid.I've been through about half a dozen of these portable/rechargeable blenders since May, and for the most part they've all been disappointing in one way or another, with some performance and spec claims seeming to be just outright lies. Most of them don't blend very well at all. I have my doubts as to the claims most of the sellers make about the motor wattage and RPMs as well.As far as using this one for a smoothie - it won't perform well at all. Best case you get micro of chunks & bits of whatever solid food you're trying to blend. This blender, and most all that are similar to it, don't have the power to truly liquefy or homogenize much of anything. In other words, your smoothie won't be so smooth. Maybe more of a chunky drink? … A hearty drink that you can eat with a fork! /s … The only thing I've been using other than 2 cups of liquid, some protein powder and some psyllium fiber in this Bosicte blender is some avocado. And it blends OK if I let it run for about 45 - 60 seconds. Not bad compared to most other portable blenders out there.But what really bothers me is the threads inside the blender cup. They are only partial threads, leaving large gaps in between where the liquid will enter, food particles and all. And that is exactly what happens. Which means that you have to disassemble this every time to clean out the bottom of the blender base and cup. Rinsing this out with water while running won't remove the food particles and liquid from inside and in between those threads. Really poor design, just to save a few milli-cents per blender cup? How chintzy. And this also allows liquid to reach the inner seal inside the blender base as soon as you remove the cup, which will cause the seal to eventually get dirty & sticky underneath and it can't be removed for cleaning, that is where the lights are. I am guessing this will get sticky and moldy below the seal after multiple uses and it will make this blender eventually fail, with most customers not even realizing why. Judging by the negative reviews, this seems to be happening to some customers.I wanted to just drink my shake, put some soap and water in it, then turn it on, wash it, rinse it out and go. And that is what it originally looked like with this one.So far I am up in the air about keeping this. That partial thread on the cup is just chapping my hide, how cheap, didn't anyone try this out before making more of them? Does 'quality control' even exist in the Chinese manufacturing sector? Judging by many of the products I've been purchasing on Amazon as of late - my guess is the answer is a hard NO.btw - you should remove the cup to clean it, for safety reasons, all you have to do is press the start button by accident with your finger inside....As far as just tossing in some protein powder and liquid, it is just fine, except for the cleanup, which is more work than what I wanted from a small blender.And there are a bunch of these on Amazon, all the same, just different sellers.I have many blenders, including this one which is one of three current rechargeable blenders. (they all were refunded to me by the sellers) I also have 2 Ninja's (don't buy - overpriced, overrated, difficult to clean thoroughly) 1 Black and Decker, 2 Cuisinarts, 1 Nutribullet, and one Rocket Blender that I no longer have any cups for. So I am a bit of a kitchen gadget junkie. But all of the above blenders need to be disassembled to be properly cleaned, and I was hoping this Bosicte blender would not require as much effort to clean. I was wrong.I don't recommend it. Would not buy again, not unless they improved the capacity and the threads on the blender cup.The reason all these 'personal portable blenders' have such small capacity blender cups is because they just don't have the power to sufficiently blend larger amounts of liquid such as 32 ounces. And I usually like to start out with 20 oz. of liquid, making most of these rechargeable blenders too small for me. My older Rocket Blender is 250W and it originally came with a 26oz. cup, and it blew these rechargeable mini blenders away. And once again it leads me to believe these seller claims of anywhere from 250 W- 300W are just plain lies.Its performance as a portable blender overall is actually pretty decent compared to others out there. And I'd like to give this a more positive review, but because of the cheap thread design, I can only fairly give this 1 star.And I had decided to keep it and use it despite the small blender cup capacity. But I was saved, the indicator lights failed after the 4th time using it. So I am sending it back defective, and I will not get another one to replace it. No matter what, 20 ounces is just a tad too small a capacity for me. And the cheap-out manufacturing on the inner threads on the blender cup just irks me to no end.I've attached a video.Hope this helped you out a bit.Please let me know if it did.peace out
