I bought this as a birthday gift and I was surprised as how well everything was packed and smelled. Granted I am not the one using it, I still think it’s a great gift and would recommend to others.

This is a mixed review. First the PROS. This is a beautiful option for any age. The items are easily personalized, and the overall presentation of the box and its contents made an excellent first impression. I have purchased this item twice. The first purchase was received well-packed within a shipping carton to protect the contents. The exquisite box was its own presentation gift box. Yes it is that beautiful. The second purchase arrived with the shipping label and tape stuck directly to the product box without any other packaging. Yes. It was literally shipped as is. Needless to say, it was almost not in a giftable state when it arrived. I gift wrapped the box and embellished it, and the person who I was gifting it to was a dear friend who knows me enough to know this was not re-gifted or worse. I would recommend consistent shipping. A beautiful box is no good with a USPS or UPS 4x6 sipping label on it. So I hope if I purchase in the future, that there is no repeat of the second option, or back to the store it will surely go.
