Q: Can it be used on aluminium cheers

Yes, you can use it on anything pretty much. It was designed for sealing and bonding aluminium awning rails to aluminium caravan walls. It is now used in new manufacture to bond and seal plastic awning rails to GRP side walls. Great product, the best of its kind on the market.

Q: Will this fix a fiberglass roof to aluminium please?

I’ve used it to stick awning rails to a van roof and even after very strong winds it’s still stuck solid... so I would say definitely.

Q: What's difference between 221and 512 sealant for caravan

if you read the specs on 221 & 512 there is very little difference, both are used for caravans and boats. Caravan manuals recommend 512, which I think is stronger bonding. Cleaning before use is important with acetone or mehtylated spirit. I find that warming the tube before use makes it easier to apply. Hopes this helps.

Yes Kerry it can be used to stick the corner housings for you solar panel. It's exactly what I bought it for and this is the second panel I've used it for. It's great cos u don't have to drill holes into the van roof. Hope this helps.
