Beautiful but doesn’t work no batteries more stress for the Amazon community

What an easy and hygienic way to clean ones teeth and so effortless plus the fact that the kit of five easily changeable brushes which lasts so long which makes them so effortless, brilliant.

The Oral-B Pro 1 is a great electric toothbrush that leaves teeth feeling really clean. The rotating brush head gets into areas a manual brush can miss, and the built-in timer is handy for making sure you brush for the full two minutes. It’s comfortable to hold and simple to use. My only minor complaint is that the battery life could be a bit longer between charges, but overall it’s a reliable, effective toothbrush that makes a big difference to daily dental care.

Should come with a charger but doesn’t and have no idea which charger I should now buy

I've used Oral B electric toothbrushes for years, but this model disappointed me. The body of the brush is very smooth so once it gets covered in toothpaste and saliva it becomes very slippery. There are no ridges like in older models, that would make it easier to grip, and anyone with arthritis in their hands would experience difficulty using it. The on/off button is barely visible and is neither recessed or raised, so it's difficult to feel it and switch off once covered in toothpaste and saliva. The light to indicate it needs recharging is really tiny, right at the base, and easy to miss. I returned my item as the "gum protection" feature didn't work, (supposed to switch off if you press too hard) but I didn't like the product enough to want a replacement. Amazon offered me a part-refund AND I could keep the toothbrush but I just didn't enjoy using it. I've seen an alternative Oral B gum protection model with the old design, featuring a body that will be easier to grip, and the original slightly raised power button. It's £10 more on Amazon but I think it's worth it to have a toothbrush that's easy to operate.

UPDATE after 3 weeks: returned for refund as battery only lasted 3.5 days!!!!!!!!! what a joke: Left it charging for 24hrs... first time I used it, it sounded sluggish and slow compare to my old one, then after 3.5 days (ie used it 7 times) it started to run out of power!? thought maybe I hadn't charged it properly, so again I left it for 24 hrs just in case, same thing! considering my previous one from years ago, started off at around 7 days, and over time got shorter and shorter then eventually died after 2 years of use, this was likely to last even less time. So that's it for me, no more Oral-B... I'm guessing they're just trying to get users to move over to their IO range and are crippling this range as it uses the old head that third parties are able to supply. either way I'm off to Philips or anyone else! £30 at time of review One star why? Well let’s see if the battery lasts longer than just over 2 years this time. My current Oral-B toothbrush I gave 5 stars when I purchased it (at around £60) but the battery died completely today, cannot be charged and cannot be replaced! I should have learnt my lesson from the Oral B I had before that one, that did a similar thing after about 2.5 years. So if this one lasts longer then I’ll update my rating accordingly, but let’s start with may current experience of Oral B Compared to my old Oral-B I’d say the speeds on this are slow, slower & hmmm I think the battery is low, yet this is fully charged, left it charging for about 16-18hrs, this does not bode well in my books Of course they’d love for me to purchase their new IO range, but those require their new expensive replacement heads (that third parties haven’t been able to make yet), but as I have about 20 spare heads for the old type I’ll stick with this for now. But in future, I’ll buy any other brand that Oral B, as their replacement heads are expensive, the batteries die and cannot be replaced (which is an environmental issue too) Hope my review was helpful

Had these before, always had Oral B electric brushes. Hold a good long charge, easy to clean. Happy with the options on the toothbrush I chose.

well.. i bought my first oral-B tooth brush 5 years ago. got this two on sale and i knew it was too cheap to be true. they feel cheap, and well they are ! they are great if you never had one before. returning this ones and getting the pro series 3

lo spazzolino in sé non ha problemi, ma la base per caricarlo ha una spina simile alla tedesca ma ancora più piccola, quindi non è possibile utilizzarla

Good quality, poor design. Pros - UK 2pin plug fits UAE bathroom outlet perfectly, bought this item for that specifically. Cons - Toothbrush surface becomes slippery and hard to keep in correct position due to all round shape. Small texture on the back side is not sufficient.
