100mm Square Green Treated Wood Decking Fence Post Cap for 3" (75mm) posts

We have lot of fences and a lot of fence posts. Several posts started to rot top down. This was caused by rain ingress. The best way to stop this was to cap the fence posts. The caps I bought are sturdy and do the job.. The caps come treated, which is a plus, however I also treat them with Cuprinol. The instructions advise you to pre-drill the post caps otherwise they split. Good advice.

Well made and are good value replacements for the ones on my decking posts which are falling off. If you need a few as I did , check prices before you order a larger pack as the singles worked out cheaper than buying a pack of 10 and they all came together loose in same box

Not much you can say about a fence post cap. There definitely treated which meant they needed a few coats of fence paint to get the colour to soak in, which is not a bad thing. Arrived when they should jhave.

Arrived the very next day! I had to dry them out as they were slightly damp but that was no problem. They are great value compared to some of the others on offer too. Definitely worth the money.

Poorly finished. Two of the diagonal sides are rough-cut and I had to sand them down myself. They need to be smooth so that water will slide off.

Ive purchased these before and was very happy with them. This second batch has arrived covered in white furry mould. This is not going to go in a hurry. Seller says its green but im not colour blind. Different seller. Different quality.

Varying quality in the two items received, couldn’t be bothered to return the one that was split. Probably would go elsewhere next time.
