It worked! The in-wall hdmi cable from the av cabinet in my living room to the TV on the adjacent wall was a few inches too short. This fixed it and enables Dolby Vision HDR to work!

El producto es de excelente calidad, tengo un tv stick que venía con su propio cable y había momentos en que presentaba unos destellos raros en la imagen, este producto lo soluciono y mejoro la imagen ya que es robusto y fino, lo recomiendo además los puertos del tv no permitían alcanzar el dispositivo mencionado con este extensor quedó de fácil acceso.

Great product, perfect for my needs.

This short UGREEN HDMI Extender 8K HDMI Extension Cable is WAY overkill for my use case, but sometimes you just need a TINY BIT longer video cable; anything longer will leave an unsightly mess on your desktop. As you might expect it has no problem transmitting standard 1080P HDMI signals.

I ordered an HDMI cable extender to save wear and tear on the single port on my laptop. The ports can loosen over time with regular use and elements can be bent with the simple plug in. To avoid this happening again I ordered one of the extenders offered on Amazon. I thought something wasn't right when I plugged it into my laptop and it felt loose- not the snug fit of the HDMI cable. The other end plugged into the cable to the tv snugly enough. Then I powered tv and laptop and the picture came up on the tv, then went black, then reappeared...repeat. I'm in the process of returning it and ordered this brand, hoping for a different outcome and got it! Perfect pic from my laptop to the TV! Also, the short length makes it handy to leave plugged into the laptop and avoid all the wear. If the extension wears out it's a low cost replacement.

I tried to use this as an extender for my Roku 4K+ (the free one from Roku is on backorder) and my first 4K panel from 2018, which has oddly placed HDMI ports. However, when trying to stream Netflix through the Roku, I kept getting HDCP errors. Once I removed the extender, the errors disappeared. The cable itself is well made and cost effective, but didn't work for my specific application.

We have TVs where we often need to change the HDMI cable. Now we can do that without trying to get our chunky hands between the TV and the wall
