Fir what I can remember, it comes with vacuum like for the map that it use’s .

How do you configure the 0-5v output?

Buy a areoforce Guages and buy a 0.5v box that's the easiest way for someone who isn't really into wiring things in

Can the AFR and boost pressure be switched as far as their position on the gauge goes?

As far a position you can only change it from displaying AFR or boost big or small like as in boost in big and afr small on display or afr big on display and boost small on display at same time

Does this model eat oxygen sensors like the mtx-l does? i really like the features and look but i really dont want to deal with buying 8 sensors again

Only had this unit for 2 months, cannot honestly answer if it eats O2 sensors, so far, so good though.
