This is very comfortable and breathable. I love that it can self adjust when you are trying to secure it in place. Very ingenious design! I like that the thumb area is flexible and soft and doesn't cut into your thumb or put weird pressure anywhere. Good price and stitched together well! Gives the right amount of support without being too rigid.

Update: I’ve worn this for about 12 hours each day for the last few days until my new one comes in, and I’ll say it does seem to help stabilize my wrist so the pain has subsided. I think it’s more me than the product, I just prefer my thumb to be free. But this worked for what I needed. Even if it was uncomfortableI have something on my wrist (a carpal boss maybe), and I’ve been looking for a brace I can work in and like live in but be comfortable. My hands aren’t huge, and the thumb hole is just uncomfortable. The stitching on the inside is hard and it rubs on my thumb knuckle and the top of the thumb hole is tight. It doesn’t really keep me from bending my wrist much, i can make it tighter, but when I put it tight enough to give support it cuts off circulation. I just had higher hopes for this. I don’t love it. I’m glad I spent less than $20 on it, but it’s not working for me.

I suffered some nerve damage in my left hand from a dog bite a few years ago. While it's technically fully healed, my left wrist and hand are still noticeably weaker and more sensitive to workouts compared to my right side. Even holding the weights for RDLs was too much, and it became tingly and painful for a few days after. It was getting in the way of upper-body workouts.Trying to keep a consistent workout routine, I was looking for something to support my wrist and would allow some range of motion.I tested this soft brace through yesterday's upper-body workout. It provided great support while allowing enough flexibility to perform inchworms, pushups, and tricep extensions pain free. I'm also noticing considerably less pain and soreness today! I think I may add a compression glove underneath for added support to my hand, but for anyone who's wrists need a little extra help, this is a great option! I like that the strap is adjustable and the thumb hole was totally comfortable. I think it'd be comfortable enough to sleep in if needed. I had no issues with the velcro and the strap stayed in place during the entire workout!I will continue to use this during workouts and any time I feel my wrist needs support!

Upper edge does not cover my wrist joint. Support is OK but not great.

This is easy to put on and easy to tighten. Comfortable while giving a firm wrist support.

Good fitment . Easy adjustment. Helps me get throught the day without pain. Doesn't make my wrist sweat as bad as other braces.

Sometimes my wrist will get sore if I bend it a certain way. Just played 18-holes of golf and seemed to do the job. It's very comfortable and forgot I was wearing it. I'll use this for other tasks around the house when my wrist is bothering me.

Es lo que esperaba, no te inmoviliza totalmente la muñeca pero te ayuda un poco a que agarre mejor, depende de la lesión está bien. Para la mía se queda corta porque hay ciertos movimientos que no me impide pero es cómoda y algo agarra. Eso si te quita vibraciones.

Helped to stabilise my painful wrists during PE and driving. Easy to use and have good design to size up for my hands. Good quality materials. Compact enough to bring them with me to office when my RSI kicks in.

Yo la tengo porque soy programadora y muchas veces me acaba doliendo una muñeca que no tengo muy bien.No es incómoda para trabajar y a veces la llevo hasta para el gym.Eso sí, no tiene una sujeción enorme, si necesitas inmovilizarla, no vale; únicamente para sujeción.
