VINGLI 16x32ft Solar Pool Cover 12mil Rectangle Blue

Only have had this for the past month and it works great. It nice and thick so I am hoping it will last for a few years. Keeps the heat in the pool quite well.

We’ve bought several solar pool covers over the years, and they’ve all worked well for keeping our pool warm. The difference here is that others have arrived cut on a diagonal, making it hard to be accurate when trimming them to size. This one was nice and straight, so we were able to use the bubbles as a guide and get a perfect fit.

I’ve had this cover on a 17x38 inground pool and it does a fantastic job of reducing water evaporation which is of primary concern in costly southern CA. It also does a great job of retaining heat - although in summer the pool can actually get too hot, which is not good for salt water pools, so be sure to manage it carefully and not let the pool get over, say, 94 degrees F. So far no flaking or degradation. The thicker material provides a lot of durability. In the summer, I roll up the cover during the day - or half way since I understand the cover might block UV-B rays that destroy chlorine - and at night I unroll it to minimize evaporation.

Awesome love it keeps the pool clean and warms it up a lot if I don’t take it off early in the morning the pool will be too warm! Great investment for pool owners definitely recommend!!

I’m glad I caught this deal, great value for the money. 12 mil is pretty thick and the quality is superior. I am very pleased. I realized that if the thickness isn’t listed it means it’s thin. I bought this one to replace the thin bubble wrap with I received in my last order. A solar cover is definitely a have to have when you can’t afford a heater or solar panels. Raises the water temp enough where you don’t need to adjust to cold water. Another great thing about a cover is that it will help keep debris out of your pool. Our pool is a few feet from a tree and it throws spinners like crazy. It’s a pretty blue that looks so nice when on. I didn’t experience any stickiness. As far as ease of installation, one person is possible but two is better. Because it’s so thick, it makes it heavier to put on especially if you throw it on the ground. My other issue is the size. I ordered the 15’ but is actually 16’. If I cut it down it will be more manageable. Sometimes we’ll even cut them into 2 halves. If you want quality, I highly recommend this.

My husband loves this solar cover. The darker color seems to help heat the pool more quickly, and it’s noticeably thicker and sturdier than the one we looked at from the pool store, which was almost twice the price. It fits well, appears durable, and has been a great value for the money. We’d definitely purchase it again. ☀️🏊‍♀️

Speedy shipping laid beautifully and cut beautifully to shape the pool. But almost immediately we noticed slight deformities. By time it was warm enough to use the pool. It had heated it to an incredibly wonderful degree. But as we try to roll up the cover with our pool roller and supporting both sides of it as it came up, it began to tear. By the second time we used it, the tearing and deterioration was more enhanced and seemed to keep progressing even though we kept it overnight in a cool area covered with pool towels. When we went to uncover it to put it back on the pool it had so deteriorated it was literally blown all over our yard!

Nice and thick quality cover that stays in place, I like that it’s a little big so the edges fold up to catch debris before it gets in pool. I just blow the leaves off with blower.
