Great mat - long enough that I can do lateral lunges with weights, which really do require that the mat has plenty of grip because (the way I do them) I'm lurching sideways with extra weight and at a real risk of slipping with some floors i've tried.There's a slight memory in the mat - I can see my footprints delineated clearly for a minute or so after I move. This is quite entertaining because I can see each toe and could probably take measurements for those barefoot shoes. However it isn't permanent - managed to leave my wheeled chair on the mat overnight after I'd sat in it (first use, mat was out drying) and the wheel indents only stayed about 30 minutes.Surprisingly lightweight and easy to rollup and store.It does need a wash over when it arrives (instructions and cloth supplied) which makes me think every mat probably does but MiraMat are the only ones to tell you.

This yoga mat I use is excellent for my practice. One of the key features I appreciate is its no-slip surface, which provides a secure base for my poses. Additionally, the ample space on the mat allow me to comfortably transition between a variety of postures without worrying about running out of room.

the Yoga Mat is too soft compare to another Mira mat 6mm product. This one is 8mm but it is made of different material that can be slippery and uncomfortable for your knees due to its softness.
