NRG Modern Horizontal Flat Panel Column Designer Radiator 600x1156mm Bathroom Central Heating Gloss White Single

Needed a narrow radiator, this was just right. Installed by bathroom fitters with no issue.Looks really good with the chrome valves and pipe covers I bought separately.Can't comment on longevity as it's only been installed for a couple of weeks.

Installation was easy, brackets, plugs, screws were all of good quality. Reasonably accurate measurement is important though as each bracket is separate and needs to align with the top and bottom tubes and the gaps between bars.Fitted as instructed (little yellow stickies label in/out, front etc), vented and boiler fired up but 5 bars failed to warm. Swapped flow around and now it works fine and looks good. Not sure why it did that, but it might explain the 1 star review if that person had a similar problem. Now I may have got the flow direction wrong, but I would expect the end of the radiator to get hot first would normally be the inlet, so I dont think so.It is of a much heavier construction than the normal white panel radiator that it replaced so has a greater thermal mass so takes a few minutes to get up to temp but radiates a great deal of heat and continues to radiate for longer than the flimsy panel units so it all works out (might take a while for a learning stat to catch up with the change though)Only real problem, now I have changed the one in the hall, the wife wants the whole house changing !Tip, replace the valves with Anthracite ones too as it will make a cleaner looking job (though more painful as you would have to drain the system)

I am really happy with this purchase, it was a great price and will look great, can't wait to have it fitted....the only issue I had was with the delivery company Yodel, the driver left the parcel leant up against my front door and signed for it in my name and no one was home....luckily my neighbour saw it when he was on his way out and took the parcel in. This is not the first time I have had a problem with a Yodel delivery so I do not rate them at all.

The radiator itself is stunning and looks very well made, however it’s let down by some seriously poor looking brackets! Bottom ones can’t be seen but the top ones are very visible, wifes already got me looking at ways to somehow box them in and it’s only been up 3 hours!!Also don’t follow the instructions when it comes to both the positioning of the poor looking brackets or indeed the inlet and outlet for the heating pipes, they state to measure in from the centre of each column, the rad won’t sit on the bracket it you do that, they need to be in the gaps, as for inlet markings the radiator only partially warmed up when I followed the instructions and after reading a couple of reviews on here I swapped them over and it’s now red hot all over.

Great looking radiator this is the 3rd one we've bought will definately buy for the rest of the house.

Added this radiator, whilst doing the new kitchen refurbishment. Because of other work we didn't know which pipe should be connected to the radiator inlet (bottom left). So went with a hunch and it's a 50 / 50 chance, anyway. Of course, the first pipe to get hot was connected to the radiator outlet (bottom right)….just our luck. But after a very short wait, the radiator was piping hot.Having read the review of R G Clark on 1st Feb 2019 (it was for the 600 x 884), we've decided that it's working brilliantly, so we'll leave it at that.Plumber didn't use their screws or wall plugs, as they're designed for something a lot heavier than this little radiator.Looks great....plenty of heat....very happy.

Great product. BUT Make sure you order the correct item. I originally ordered a double panel where the heat output was too much and I had to return for a replacement. I paid £80 to return 2 radiators and Amazon would not incur the cost or the supplier even though I was swapping them for another product. Terrible really 😢 However the radiators ordered are great and I am really pleased with performance
